Auberge Capissisit Lodge situated on the shore of Lake Opemiska opened its doors in 1994 and consists of a restaurant that accommodates 60 clients and provides 12 guest rooms with double beds and two suites that offer comfort at affordable prices. Capissisit Lodge is in the midst of expansion that will begin construction in spring 2006 which will be able to accommodate additional clientele (24 rooms), provide for 3 conference rooms utilizing the latest in meeting technology, and have additional capacity in the dining room in order to meet the growing needs of our community business and tourist clientele. With its unique view of the lake and the ecologically friendly design, Capisissit Lodge provides the visitor with an outstanding experience of the Community.
